Running, a live tweeting event.

This morning, I went for a run as I’m training for my next 5k on May 13th with the MEC race series. I am the worst blogger of all time. Well, that can’t be true. I’m sure there are worse bloggers than I, but man, I’m pretty shitty. It’s been a month since I’ve written anything. Maybe down the road when my blog isn’t such a fetus anymore, I will actually change my mind of such advice.

But today is not that day.
